1. Shipping Charges are displayed in the export country currency and then converted to the local currency of the country of import using the applicable rate of exchange.
2. Shipping charges are based on the greater of the two weights; actual weight and dimensional weight.
3. The shipping charge does not include Customs duty or taxes, or othe processing fees.
4. Packages in excess of 15 lbs scale weight will incur an overweight fee of $15.50 USD.
5. Storage fee $100 per day (inclusive of weekends) per item.
6. Bad address fee $10.

When are Customs Duties applicable?

If the price paid or payable exceeds USD50.00. Items for commercial use that are under USD50.00 are also eligible for Duty Payment.

The valuation for the calculation for Duties & Taxes, is to the discretion of the Inspecting Customs Officer. Please visit http://www.jacustoms.gov.jm for current information on policies, procedures, import requirements, duties and taxes that may be applicable to importing packages into Jamaica.

Do you consolidate packages?

We only offer consolidation services for shipments coming by sea.

How many times per week do you receive packages?

Packages are received at our facility in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida and transported twice per week to Kingston

* Monday mornings

* Thursday evenings.

NB. Packages arriving on Thursday evening’s flight are only accessible to be cleared through Jamaica Customs on a Friday morning. All packages received between Thursday and by the latest 10am on a Saturday at our Lauderdale Lakes facility are transported to Kingston on Monday’s flight. Packages that are received between Monday and Wednesday by the latest 10am will be transported on Thursday’s flight.

What happens to unclaimed packages?

Unclaimed packages will attract a storage fee after 14 business days. The fee will be JMD$50.00 per day, if package(s) are unclaimed after 30 days the package(s) will be sold to recover any expenses related to the transportation of the package(s).

Do you offer Credit Card Purchases?

Yes we do. For customers using our Credit Card service, that is the service we offer to persons who wish to use our credit card for doing their purchases. These customers are required to have the necessary funds, whether U.S. dollars (USD) or the Jamaican equivalent to complete the purchase and an additional USD$10.00 for our service charge. If the purchase price exceeds USD$100.00 the service charge is USD$15.00. We only perform this service with trusted websites.
